I did it.
I bought BtVS Season 4. (Slowly but surely. I’m only watching season 1 now, so I have a while before I get caught up.)

All right! I knew you’d give in!

Maybe I should buy one of those season DVDs of something i like. Would certainly come in handy on nights like tonight when I come home from seminar and want to veg and can’t find anything but Seinfeld reruns which I’ve now seen too many times to count. I’ve never watched Buffy. I should give it a try but I was so disappointed in my failed attempt to get interested in Sex and the City that I haven’t tried to get hooked on another new (rerun) series.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer will change your life for the better, and you will never regret owning the entire thing on DVD! Also, I have to make a pitch for Angel, which I wasn’t a fan of at all and never watched until it started coming out on DVD and I could watch them all in order. It’s actually quite interesting and dark and lovely in its own right, and I highly recommending owning the complete season of both shows. Joss Whedon is a genius!

You can rent them for really little at Blockbuster, so you don’t need to make a huge investment. I also despised SatC, which may or may not be helpful.
Yeah, I’m not feeling regret. I just got season 4 today, which I haven’t seen since whenever it aired . . . I have a while before I’ll finish up owning all the BtVSs, much less decide whether or not to watch Angel. I *am* a little tempted, though I never liked it much on TV.
