a wolf angel is not a good angel

So, the place I really like is probably a really bad idea. Okay. Moving on, I guess. A little sadly. Very sadly. I really liked it. I could get an inspection and see, but — I think the concerns are about the setup, not just whether the building’s in ok shape. I need to think. More. Sigh.

Other place is in far worse shape than I had recalled — it needs quite a bit of work. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart, as is the counter. But I wanted to redo it, anyways. The floors need to be redone. Everything needs repainting, because the first job was cheap. Lights need to be put in. So for this one, I need to take the measurements and turn it into a layout, in particular, a layout for the living room, which strikes me as a little small, possibly. If I like that layout, then I will get someone in who can tell me how much it would cost to redo all the things that need redone. Then we can see if they’ll sell it for some price I can afford, given I need to do whatever in renovations.

There are a half dozen places I’m curious about otherwise. I’m going to see one tomorrow. I feel like I’m not getting anywhere.
