I love reading comments on old posts. I do not know how people come to them.

Dudes, although the machince can make some difference, it is the coffee ultimately that really matters. Stop buying Folgers and Maxwell House.

Safe! I never buy crappy coffee. Aren’t both of those instant coffee, anyhow? Who uses instant in a drip coffeemaker?

    Both companies make instant coffee. They also sell pre-ground beans for drip machines.

    There is Folgers whole bean Columbian. It’s just as good as Columbian whole beans with other labels on the bag, IMHO.
