					<description>I agree.  It's so dehumanizing.  When robots ring up your purchases, then you can talk on the phone.  

I used to work at a business-class hotel and people would talk on their cell phones all the time while I was checking them out.  The worst was some legal hotshot who dialed a number while I was checking him out.  I asked him to step to the side, which he did because he was so busy talking on the phone, and checked out several other people.  He was peeved and he complained and my manager told him nicely to stuff it.  I later heard that he lost the big case he was working during his stay at the hotel.  That fact still makes me happy.</description>
