I made strawberry peach, which was phenomenal. I have a bazillion more peaches, or so, so I will make another peach based pie. (Plain or with berries.) But I will still have a lot of peaches, so: what other things can I make with peaches?

B made peach wine. (We haven’t tried it yet.)
Cobbler, smoothies, preserves (not that I’ve tried it).

I was going to suggest cobbler, too. Or crisp. Like pie, but no pastry work.
