are you serious? i am totally surprised by this - are these random people just wasting time/being mean? i guess given the alternative i kind of hope so…but still WTF?

Yup. I have the IPs — one is even a work IP — but I’m not bothering unless I actually get repeated stuff like this.

Wow. How very… wow. Do you think the person at work knows it’s you?

No, no. Not *my* work IP. Their work IP. I have no idea who either of them are.

Oh, okay. Wow, okay — I really didn’t understand that one!
Still extremely odd. Who’d be so angry over a blog, and care so much as to leave those?

I just love how people have nothing better to do with their time than to sit around and leave messages like that. Pathetic.

I get those kind of hateful comments sometimes. The thing that most annoys me is all the grammatical errors in the hate comments. And the total lack of originality ….

I’ve never gotten a “brooms up your ass” comment before. The hate comments I got for disliking a tv show were much better. Maybe I should do a weekly post about why I disliked the current episode of Lost.
The posts these were left on were innocuous, too.

Wow. There is something very wrong with these people. I hope that for the sake of those around them - family, friends — they get some kind of help.

Well this current episode of Lost kinda bit, I thought. Earlier I was wishing they hadn’t forgotten all manner of first season elements, including the black smoke, but now I find myself wishing they had.

I wonder if it was a spambot? Trolls usually comment in some way on the supposed idiocy of that particular post. (Though I don’t have my own blog, so maybe blog owners are deleting all the really random ones before I see them.)
Anyway, if there was a link back to their own page, maybe they spambot-owners think something really outrageous like that will get people to click just to see who the troll is. Or maybe it was bored teenagers.
