Do I try to get more foster cats or not?
I will only get (a) kittens or (b) neutered adult cats who need a bit of time in a home before they can be adopted, since I think Matilda will be better off that way. I’d most like kittens, but finding kittens without a mama is hard, especially in winter. Then again, giving up kittens is easier, because they are so adoptable and so annoying.
I am sure this is me trying to be avoidant on other things, but I cannot decide if this is a good or a very very bad idea.

Sure! I think it’s a fine idea. The last bunch was really about as bad as it gets, I think, and I don’t think that was a result of anything you did or didn’t do. Just how it goes. Maybe the next batch will be easier.

Hmm. I thought you swore you wouldn’t do this again for a while.
I don’t think I could do it. I’d get too attached, even if they were annoying.

Well, it’s been a while, hasn’t it?
Most of the cats now are *currently pregnant*, which is something I am definitely unwilling to do.
