And I let the bookseller know, and they've put a "ask for picture id" on the order, and I can go with my order number and picture id (which they didn't steal) and get the book. Thankfully. But still, it's just so petty and annoying. Why would you steal a pre-order slip? And why would you take only one of two credit cards? It does suck.
